These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and DARMIS TECHNOLOGY LLC ("Click and Copy", "we", "us"). By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you can accept these Terms for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Click and Copy is an optical character recognition (OCR) workspace. You upload documents, the service reads the text, and you can click a field to copy its value. The service depends on third parties for authentication, billing, hosting, and OCR processing.
You must give accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials safe. Tell us without delay if you find unauthorized use of your account.
We use WorkOS to manage sign-in and authentication. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your location to hold an account.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis, usually each month, until you cancel. Each plan includes a monthly pool of credits. One credit processes one page. Unused credits do not roll over.
You authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for the plan you choose, plus any applicable taxes. Prices can change; we will give notice before a change applies to your next billing cycle.
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide credits for partial billing periods or unused credits.

You keep ownership of the documents and data you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content only to operate and support the service for you, including sending pages to our OCR provider for text extraction.
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to upload and process Your Content.
The service, its software, design, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you, other than the limited right to use the service under these Terms.
The service relies on third parties, including WorkOS for authentication, Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for hosting and storage, and Microsoft Azure Document Intelligence for OCR. Your use of the service is also subject to those providers’ terms. We are not responsible for the acts or failures of third-party providers.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. OCR output can contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing extracted text before you rely on it. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the event that caused the claim.
You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We can suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if we must do so to protect the service or comply with the law. When your account ends, your right to use the service stops, and we may delete Your Content after a reasonable period, subject to the Privacy Policy.
We can update these Terms. If a change is material, we will give reasonable notice, for example by email or in the service. Your continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
